Impacting Lives

The Forgiven Ministry mission is nothing short of transforming lives! We are dedicated to meeting the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of the children of inmates, the inmates themselves, ex-inmates, and inmates’ families. By healing the wounds inflicted by crime and empowering these individuals, we are able to redirect their lives and restore them as productive citizens, parents, and family members.

Lending a Helping Hand

At Forgiven Ministry, we believe that true transformation happens when we join hands and work together towards a common goal. Our volunteers are the heart and soul of our ministry, supporting us every step of the way – from daily planning to on-hands outreach. It is their dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment that empowers us to make a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.

“Withhold not good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it.” – Proverbs 3:27

Meet Jarrell

If Forgiven Ministry could have a child that would represent all of our One Day with God children, then this little boy could be that child.  It doesn’t take a lot to fill a child’s heart when they find the love and security of a parent, especially an inmate parent.  This precious child was loved and felt special by his father all day.  Could it be that Jarrell wanted to hold on to his balloon as long as he could knowing this day would be a special memory in his heart forever.

One of Those Days…

One of Those Days…

One familiar passage among Bible readers is the story in Luke 5:17-26, where Jesus heals a paralyzed man. You may recall the scene: it was “on one of those days” (v. 17)—a regular day where Jesus did something extraordinary (v. 26). God can and does work in amazing ways, even on an ordinary day.
